‘There’s something quite magical about November at the supremely cosy Tresanton Hotel in St Mawes, overlooking the postcard-perfect Falmouth Bay. Here, in between cosy fireside chats with home-brewed herbal teas and still-warm Tunisian orange cake, Wildman guides both established and budding yogis through daily yoga and meditation practice, while Polizzi, a conscious breathwork expert, shares simple practices that will help us all better tune in to our internal rhythms and feel happier and more grounded within ourselves.’ -Kate O’brien.

Zephyr Wildman has been teaching yoga for over 20 years and will be leading the 1.5 hours of vinyasa yoga each morning. Zephyr will be integrating psychology and yoga asana with yogic philosophy, highlighting a discipline that brings balance to body and mind on what she calls, ‘the middle path’.

This is Zephyr’s ninth retreat with The Polizzi Collection and for those that don’t know her you are in for a treat. You will be in very knowledgeable hands.

Most of us only breathe to about 20-30% of our full capacity. When we learn to breathe more fully and open up our lung capacity we can tap into the ability to live more fully. We have the power to increase and expand all aspects of our own lives. To breathe consciously is to become utterly present and sends a signal to the parasympathetic nervous system that all is ok. Breath work allows us to alter our mood and gain agency over ourselves. By being in the now we allow the time and space for creativity to flourish.

What’s Included?

Four nights accommodation in a sea view room with healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner. Morning swims, daily guided coastal walks and transfers to and from St Austell station. Two hours of energising vinyasa yoga in the morning with Zephyr and one and a half hours of breathwork every evening with Charlie. One evening, Richard Down will join us for a Shamanic sound healing experience.

Packing List
Bring all weather gear along with your yoga kit. There are wellington boots provided in all sizes by the hotel but for those serious walkers you may want to bring walking boots

50% deposit on booking with the remainder to be paid at the end of the stay. Cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival incurs a loss of the deposit. Cancellation with less than 48 hours notice incurs loss of the full stay.
