The role
We are looking for smart, fast paced individuals who want to gain experience in one of the county’s favourite restaurants. We will teach you all aspects of great table management and train you in wine and coffee service. A positive attitude, smart appearance and a good command of English are all a must for this crucial front of house role.
The hotel
Hotel Tresanton opened in the summer of 1998 and within a short time was established as one of the most popular in Britain. Completely restored by Olga Polizzi of the Forte family. Tresanton’s success lies in a certain chic and an understated style. It also has a lot to do with our location.
The perks
We offer accommodation close to the hotel (and to the sea) and all employees receive a share of the 12.5% service charge. Meals are provided whilst on duty. We offer discounted stays at our sister properties for you and your friends and a complimentary meal in our restaurant each year. At the end of the season there is a chance to sail aboard our magnificent classic yacht Pinuccia.
The future
Our three hotels can offer good career progression in a rewarding and friendly environment. Often, members of our staff have been able to further their career by joining Rocco Forte Hotels at one of their exciting destinations in Europe.
