Hotel Endsleigh is surrounded by a magical Humphrey Repton designed garden overlooking the River Tamar. Consisting of formal gardens and wooded valleys, with streams, cascades and waterfalls, ithas been described as one of the country’s most romantic gardens.
We currently have an opportunity for a senior gardener. The successful candidate will have at least three years’ experience within a historical garden, must be hardworking, reliable and fit to undertake this physically demanding role, will have a genuine interest in plants and horticulture and experience using and maintaining horticultural machinery.
Horticulture qualification to at least level 2 and full clean driving licence are required and CS30-31 and PA1-6 qualifications would be a distinct advantage.
The role is full time Monday-Friday with occasional weekend working.

Good to know

-A good hourly rate of pay. £12 per hour.
-Tips: You will receive an equal share of the 12.5% service charge. This will vary based on the levels of business at the hotel however the current trend for staying in the UK means that we are always busy!
