Fabrizio joined The Star as a waiter in the year we opened. He was quickly promoted to the role of supervisor due to his commitment, knowledge and skill at leading a team. His wine knowledge is exemplary. He has an unwavering commitment to the hotel, the team and above all to our guests, who always ask after him when they leave, and are thrilled to see him on their return.
Fabrizio is a mentor to younger members of the team, who continue to turn to him for advice and inspiration. They could have no better example to follow.
