The Hotel’s restaurant serves modern British cuisine with an emphasis on locally sourced produce. The menu is changed daily, providing variation for our guests and team.

Key responsibilities of the Chef de Partie/Junior will include:

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, passionate, and have an eye for detail. You will be joining a brigade of chefs who are continually looking to improve on and enhance the standard of what we offer.

You will be in control of running a section with the ability to work in different areas of the kitchen when required.
A keenness to learn is key. The brigade includes some very experienced and talented chefs with the willingness to pass on their knowledge.
Cleaning and organisation of the kitchen in general.
Following hygiene and health and safety requirements at all times.
Concise communication and interpersonal skills. You should have the drive to succeed, passion for cooking, attention to detail, be flexible and work well under pressure.

Good to know

-A good rate of pay: £35,500.00-£38,500.00 per annum
-Tips: You will receive an equal share of the 12.5% service charge. This will vary based on the levels of business at the hotel however the current trend for staying in the UK means that we are always busy! 
-Full time hours, daytime and evening shifts
