Sous Chef - £32,500-£36,000 plus 12.5% service charge

You must be highly creative and hugely passionate about the industry. You will be inspired by working in a highly driven and professional environment. This is an excellent opportunity to share and develop your skills and learn from our talented Head chef.

Key responsibilities of the Sous Chef will include:

-Assist with managing all kitchen daily operations.
-Production of fresh seasonal à la carte dishes, afternoon teas, banqueting menus.
-Working on menu development.
-Assisting with ordering and controlling of stock.
-Following hygiene and health and safety requirements at all times.

The ideal candidate for the position will be confident with relevant experience as a Sous Chef within a similar environment where quality and consistency go hand in hand. Concise communication and interpersonal skills. You should have the drive to succeed, passion for cooking, attention to detail, be flexible and work well under pressure.

Good to know

-A good rate of pay: £32,500-£36,000 per annum
-Tips: You will receive an equal share of the 12.5% service charge. This will vary based on the levels of business at the hotel however the current trend for staying in the UK means that we are always busy! 
-Full time hours, daytime and evening shifts
