Connor joined the team in 2020 initially as a Commis Chef and, through hard work and dedication, has progressed into his current role as Chef de Partie. Following in his fatherโ€™s footsteps, Connor developed a passion for cooking from an early age and has continued to build his career within the hospitality industry through commitment, determination, and a genuine love for the profession.

Since joining, Connor has continued to grow in confidence and experience within a fast-paced kitchen environment. He is known for his reliability and strong work ethic, always willing to step in to cover shifts and work additional hours when needed to support the wider team. Connor enjoys the teamwork, creativity, and discipline that come with working in hospitality, as well as the opportunity to consistently deliver high-quality dishes for guests.

Outside of work, Connor enjoys travelling to new destinations and sampling cuisine from around the world, experiences that continue to inspire his passion for food and hospitality. He is also a keen music enthusiast and enjoys discovering new artists and genres in his spare time.

Looking ahead, Connor hopes to continue progressing within the industry by further developing his culinary and leadership skills as he works towards more senior kitchen positions in the future. His passion and dedication have already earned him recognition across the business.
