
Join Alex Polizzi for dinner at Endsleigh on Tuesday 15 April and hear tales of her Secret Italy, whilst enjoying some of her favourite dishes from around a country famed for its exceptional food.
Charged with turning around the fortunes of ailing hotel businesses on television, Alex comes from a long line of hoteliers. After reading English at Oxford, Alex trained at the Mandarin Oriental in Hong Kong, worked for Marco Pierre White at the Criterion before turning her attention to The Polizzi Collection, a group of three hotels she runs with her mother Olga and sister Charlie.
