Guests will arrive at The Star at 10am to meet artist Vicky Mappin, who will host the workshop. Coffee and refreshments will be served on arrival. A selection of beautiful late spring flowers will be provided, for each guest to choose from. Activity will then begin with drawing, followed by practicing different painting techniques, and then transferring drawings onto painting paper using a light box.
The afternoon will be spent painting the chosen floral subject.
The workshop is designed for all abilities, with everyone working at their own pace.
£140 includes tuition, materials, coffee and refreshments on arrival, two course lunch in The Inn, coffee and refreshments in the afternoon.
