Wine Dinner
Join us in The Pilgrims’ Room at The Star for a series of special wine dinners. The four course menus of Italian dishes, paired with Italian wines, have been carefully curated by our Head Chef, Vincenzo Petrocco, and our Italian wine expert Fabrizio Manconi.
Fabrizio Manconi will introduce the wine before each course. Fabrizio is a wine expert with over 25 years experience in the hospitality industry. He has worked as a restaurant manager, sommelier and now is an agent for Alivini, one of the oldest Italian import companies in the UK.
