New Year at The Star
Join us for a three-night stay over New Year. On New Year’s Eve, we will serve a special four-course dinner beginning with Champagne, followed by dancing in The Inn until late. Enjoy signature cocktails and a live DJ as we toast 2027 together. It’s not to be missed.
The next moring, blow away the cobwebs with a hike along the South Downs Way, following the River Cuckmere to Seven Sisters Country Park. Afterward, return to The Star for brunch and our legendary Bloody Mary. Alfriston offers many interesting shops to explore, including Much Ado, perhaps the finest bookshop in England.
