Join us at The Star for a wine dinner, hosted by Saverio De Luca from Poggio al Tesoro, who will talk guests through his selection of stunning Tuscan wines that have been carefully paired with dishes created by our Chef at The Star, Alex Burtenshaw.

Florentine wine expert Saverio De Luca has been working with Marilisa Allegrini, the founder of the Poggio al Tesoro wine estate, since 2014.

He was born in Florence and after his BA, achieved his second level certification with the Wine and Spirit Education Trust (W.S.E.T.). After University he had a career at an important Italian Bank Group before jumping into the wine trade. He has held the position of Export Sales Director at Poggio al Tesoro since 2022.
