Food & Beverage Operations Manager

OTE of up to £55,000

The Star in Alfriston is looking for a new Food & Beverage Operations Manager to work at our stunning venue.

We are looking for someone with an exceptional background in F&B Hospitality.

Key elements of this role include

-Ensuring the highest standards of service in our Restaurant
-Being a confident communicator, working alongside the General Manager and all Departmental Heads to get things right
-Overseeing events with a focus upon a high quality experience
-Training all of the F&B team to the standards of The Polizzi Collection
-Using your experience to support the day to day running of our venue, your Team and having the highest focus on guest expectations.
-Candidates for this position will have a strong background in F&B, a proven track-record of success in hospitality and be able to demonstrate how they have contributed to the success of their previous roles.

This is a ‘live-out’ position and visits to the Hotel and Restaurant are highly recommended on application.
