Join us at The Star for an intimate three course dinner hosted by Nick Wolridge from Thiénot Champagne. Nick will bring to light the incredible history of the House and will talk guests through the wines created by it’s founder, Alain Thiénot, that have each been paired with dishes created by The Chef at The Star. Described by Hugh Johnson as ‘a force for good in Champagne’ Alain Thiénot is renowned for his creativity and the house is pleased to be celebrating its 40th year in 2025, with the launch of ‘Le 3’ in Reims.
