To celebrate the launch of her new book Time & Tide, Emily will host a special dinner at Tresanton on Sunday 1 October. As you might expect, the menu will be chosen from the pages of Time & Tide and each room will receive a copy to take home. Over the weekend, there will be plenty of opportunity to meet Emily and get your copy personally signed.

Time & Tide Dinner with Emily Scott starts from £525 including one nights accommodation, breakfast, welcome drink, canapés, four course dinner and a signed copy of her new book (based on two guests sharing a small seaview room). Stay an extra night from £450 including dinner (£60 allowance per adult) and breakfast.

Emily Scott

For Emily, less is more. Her cooking ethos focusses around taking a few seasonal ingredients and letting them shine. In her early 20’s Emily moved to Cornwall where she ran the Harbour Restaurant in the picture-perfect seaside village of Port Isaac. In 2014 Emily moved to the countryside village of St Tudy and transformed the pub into a restaurant with rooms. In May 2021 Emily opened her new restaurant on the sea wall at Watergate Bay; serving simple, seasonal food in an informal setting. Also that year, Emily was commissioned to curate a special dinner for Royalty and World Leaders at the G7 summit held in Cornwall. Amongst other accolades, Emily has been named Best Chef by the South-West Food Magazine and was listed in the top 100 most influential women in hospitality industry two years running.
