Join Alex Polizzi for dinner at The Star and hear tales of her Secret Italy, whilst enjoying some of her favourite dishes from around a country famed for its exceptional food.

Charged with turning around the fortunes of ailing hotel businesses on television, Alex comes from a long line of hoteliers, and she co-owns The Star with her mother, Olga Polizzi, the third hotel in The Polizzi Collection. After reading English at Oxford, Alex trained at the Mandarin Oriental in Hong Kong, worked for Marco Pierre White at the Criterion, and then worked at various Forte properties around the world. Alex is a director of The Polizzi Collection, and has also hosted a number of television programmes over the last fifteen years including The Hotel Inspector, Restaurant Rescue, The Fixer and Alex Polizzi’s Secret Italy and Italian Islands.

Dinner with Alex is £80 for three courses including a welcome drink, canapés and coffee. Stay the night with us from £430 based on two people sharing a Classic Juliet Room with breakfast the following morning and two tickets to Dinner with Alex.
