The evening will be hosted by Joe Ellis, Whisky Specialist from Edrington UK, an expert in all varieties of whisky with over 10 years experience in the spirits industry. Joe will take guests on a journey through some of the different whisky producing regions of Scotland via 4 drams from 4 distinct distilleries. Joe will cover how whisky is made and what factors affect the flavour, all whilst guiding the guests through a tasting of each whisky. This promises to be a hugely informative and entertaining evening, whether you’re new to Scotch whisky or an afficionado.
