Berwick Church
In addition to Charleston (which is an absolute must!) those with an interest in The Bloomsbury Group should visit Berwick Church, which is just a 30 minute walk across the fields from The Star. At Berwick Church, you will see murals painted by Duncan Grant and Vanessa Bell in the most picturesque setting.
Monk’s House
The former home of Virginia Woolf, in the nearby village of Rodmell, is also an important place to visit. The cottage is completely untouched and the pretty cottage garden is as inspirational as its owner’s writings.
