The Downs and the Ups
with Alex Polizzi
Join Alex for one of her favorite walks. This route takes you over the Seven Sisters to the village of East Dean and the Tiger Inn for lunch, returning to Alfriston via Friston Forest.
The terrain includes steep inclines making this a challenging walk. It should not be attempted by anyone with health issues.
Tuesday 29 September
From 3 PM – Guests arrive to explore Alfriston
Cream tea at The Star
7 PM – Dinner at The Star
Wednesday 30 September
From 7.30 AM – Breakfast at The Star
09.30 AM – Depart The Star by car. All guests will meet at Exceat car park to embark on an eight mile walk over the Seven Sisters, then on to East Dean for lunch at the Tiger Inn at 12.30 PM. After lunch, the return walk will be through Friston Forest back to the start (approximately eight mile circular walk that will be hosted by Alex Polizzi and Lucie Harmer)
