Food & Beverage Supervisor

£14 an hour, 40 hours per week.

General Purpose and Scope

We are looking for professional and enthusiastic Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting the F&B Operations Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager in providing leadership, development and direction for all areas of F&B following The Star’s standards. Likewise ensuring the highest standards of service, cleanliness, presentation and guest relations, whilst achieving department objectives and financial requirements.

Previous experience is required; applicants must possess a strong work ethic, be very organized, self motivated and have a genuine passion for providing great customer service experiences for our guests with a positive can do attitude.

Primary Duties

· To assist management in planning and directing service preparation and activities to the highest professional quality for all services provided at the F&B areas.

· To assist management in obtaining and overseeing the day to day Dining Room, Event and Inn operations, in an effective and efficient manner

· To assist management in assigning and monitoring team members’ tasks for departmental team members, confirming the department is clean, hygienic, attractive, and orderly to the highest standards

To proactivity motivate, encourage teamwork and provide direction to all team members and lead by example

· Ensuring that team member related issues, especially discipline, in a manner consistent with The Star’s policies, are resolved.

· To input, all necessary measures to ensure a safe working environment and attitude on all employees in responsibility areas
