Housekeeping Supervisor

We are searching for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our friendly team at The Star Hotel, Alfriston. Our Housekeeping Team are a key part of our guests’ experience. Taking responsibility for the cleanliness of our beautifully designed bedrooms, our Housekeepers are perfectionists with an exceptional attention to detail. Reporting into our Head Housekeeper, this is a hands-on role where teamwork is the name of the game.

What we’re looking for

-Passion for cleanliness and an eye for detail
-Physically fit and can stay on their feet throughout the day
-Confident leading a team.
-Someone who will listen to the needs of our guests and the team and adapt to meet them
-Someone who puts our guests first and is always engaging and welcoming to both our guests and our team

Benefits

-32 hours a week, must be able to work evenings and weekends.
-Gratuities: You will receive an equal share of the 12.5% service charge.
