Gym
Tresanton is delighted to announce the opening of our new gym facility. The gym is available exclusively to guests aged 16 and over and is open daily from 6 AM to 11 PM. It is equipped with a selection of high-quality Technogym equipment, providing everything you need for an effective workout during your stay.
Please note that the gym is unsupervised, and guests use the facility at their own risk.
Infrared sauna
Located alongside the gym, our new infrared sauna is complemented by a private shower for your comfort and convenience.
Guests may reserve the sauna through Reception. To ensure the sauna has reached the correct temperature we require at least 45 minutes notice in advance of the time that you wish to book.
Infrared saunas are widely recognised for a range of potential wellness benefits, including supporting relaxation and overall wellbeing. For safety reasons, all guests are required to sign a waiver before using the facility.
