Housekeeping Room Attendant

We are searching for an enthusiastic room attendant to join our friendly housekeeping team at The Star Hotel, Alfriston. Our Housekeeping Team are a key part of our guests’ experience. Taking responsibility for the cleanliness of our beautifully designed bedrooms, our room attendants are perfectionists with an exceptional attention to detail. Reporting into our Head Housekeeper you will become part of a supportive and friendly team who make every guest’s stay memorable. Standards are at the heart of what we do which is why our team are even more important. This is a hands-on role where teamwork is the name of the game.

What we’re looking for

-Passion for cleanliness and an eye for detail
-Physically fit and can stay on their feet throughout the day
-Confident working both on their own and as part of a team.
-Someone who will listen to the needs of our guests and the team and adapt to meet them
-Someone who puts our guests first and is always engaging and welcoming to both our guests and our team

Benefits

-24-32 hours a week, must be able to work evenings and weekends.
-£13.25 (depending on age)
-Gratuities: You will receive an equal share of the 12.5% service charge.
