Tour the Terraces
with Olga Polizzi
On Sunday, 27 September, join Olga Polizzi for a tour of the terraces at Tresanton as they tumble down to meet the sea. The tour will be held in the company of Jon James. A talented landscape designer, Jon progressed from overseeing Cornwall’s Parks and Green Spaces to managing Bristol’s Natural and Marine Environment. Jon says: ‘developing the gardens at Hotel Tresanton has been one of the highlights of my career, as it gave me the opportunity to work with people who have equal passion and imagination to bring something amazing to life’.
Marion Parish, the current hotel gardener, will be on hand to bring the story of our garden up to the present day.
After the tour, you are invited to join Olga for dinner, where she will reminisce about creating the garden from a sea of brambles 30 years ago.

10.30 AM-12.30 PM – Private tour of Lamorran Gardens
The following morning, there will be an opportunity to tour Lamorran, the Italianate gardens, located on the hillside above Tresanton.

Dinner is £115 including a welcome drink, dinner and half a bottle of wine. Each guest will receive an envelope of seeds collected from our garden and a beautifully illustrated map.
