Spring is a time of growth and rebirth, an opportunity to declutter, and clear out what doesn’t serve us. It is a time for mind and body to be awakened after a long winter, to plant new seeds.

Spring is also a time of reflection and for this we need a clear and focused awareness in order to create balance. Enjoy daily yoga and movement with Gianna Hewlett, energising breath work practices with Charlie Polizzi and beautiful coastal walks. Working with our chef, Paul Wadham, Britta Heubeck will create a nutritional menu to optimise health and wellbeing.

In life, it is not necessarily what is important that gets our attention, but what gets our attention becomes important to us. The movement patterns we make with our bodies can reinforce or reshape how we think and feel. Through assuming the postures of the Yoga tradition, we cultivate embodiment: simply the ability to be fully present in our bodies and observe the wisdom they hold.

Breathwork instructor
Breath work allows us to alter our mood and gain agency over ourselves. By being in the now we allow the time and space for creativity to flourish. Like any discipline it takes practice. Each breath has its own character effect and result. Breathe to clear and find clarity, breathe to ground, breathe to bring energy and breathe to calm a scattered mind. In this frenetic stimulating world we live in it is an invaluable tool.

From an early age Britta Heubeck developed an interest and passion in healthy eating; believing that the food you put into your body has a strong affect on your health, well-being, mind and quality of life. Having been through health challenges herself, it came naturally to dive deeper into the subject to widen her knowledge, in order to apply these methods to my family, myself as well as to help others in the same way. Britta enrolled at the London College of Naturopathic Medicine for a three year Naturopathic Nutritional Therapy degree. The course incorporated biomedicine, human anatomy, physiology, pathology and biochemistry. Working with our chef, Paul Wadham, Britta Heubeck will create a nutritional menu to optimise health and wellbeing.

Bring all weather gear along with your yoga kit. There are wellington boots provided in all sizes by the hotel but for those serious walkers you may want to bring walking boots

Terms
50% deposit on booking with the remainder to be paid at the end of the stay. Cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival incurs a loss of the deposit. Cancellation with less than 48 hours notice incurs loss of the full stay.
